System Update - EV QRX 212/75's with Danley TH-118's
In an effort to provide the best sound possible, I recently made an addition to the Channel Live Productions gig rig. I purchased 2 EV QRX 212/75's.

These speakers more than exceed my expectations. Compared to my prior (returned) JBL PRX635's, the EV's are in a totally different league. They are very clear, they get very loud and the clarity does not struggle at the loudest of volume. I still have the ZXa5's; however, they don't have the muscle of the QRX's two 12" drivers and 3" horn. I'm trying now to decide on an appropriate amplifier to power them with. The candidates are the new Crown XTI 4002, a Crown MA5000i or an EV CP3000s. Decision, decisions...
